Through our Community Program, CDR has helped with disputes ranging from neighbors fighting over Ivy, to County meetings with hundreds of participants.  CDR offers both mediation and facilitation services, as well as community workshops and training covering the entire range of problems that arise in our community.

Building Peaceful Communities

For the past four decades, CDR has been building more peaceful communities in Lane County.  Our services, and the training and workshops we provide, have helped tens of thousands learn how to use positive communication to transform conflict.
